Being able to track multiple site with a single account would be a time-saver but we would need to be able to filter the results if we need precise information about a particular site.

I have not been able to see in the settings the time zone section, in which the user can identify in which time zone she is located. I guess the software of the site takes the time zone of the user from the place of user IP, which may be different from the real city of the user for several reasons.

Besides chat if you want to interact with the users using instant polls. Instant polls are are useful widgets used when you want to ask your visitor something and chat is not the appropriate way.

Polls should also be triggered by alerts.

Tagging users in certain circumstances will let us identify users when they are revisiting the website. I know tagging can be done from the admin console but it would be very handy if we could add tags with the JS Api also.
